Много хора смятат, че явлението „дежа Вю“ е реакция, която се случва заради временен проблем в мозъка на човека, който „вижда нещо, което, като че ли, е виждал преди“. Мен обаче ме вълнува тази тема, защото е възможно явлението да е плод и на нещо друго. Ако приемем теорията за големия взрив и теорията за относителността за верни и едновременно действащи е възможно всичко в нашата вселена да се случва едновременно – все едно да живеем в непрекъснат „голям взрив“ и хаос, в който има всичко и всичко е възможно. Имайки в предвид, обаче, че нашият мозък работи не на 100%, а максимум на 10%, при повечето хора на не повече от 2-3%, ние възприемаме нещата последователно, защото иначе бихме изгубили разсъдъка си или бихме „прегряли“. Тоест, времето съществува или заради теорията на относителността и го възприемаме праволинейно, или заради една друга теория, чието име не помня (май беше струнната) според която планетата земя попада в „дупка“ в плоскостта в космоса, отговаряща за астрономическото време и затова възприемаме нещата бавно и последователно, или една теория, което от 5 годишна ми се върти в главата – някаква силна мисъл, този 1% вечно необяснимо в нашата вселена „подрежда“ нещата, иначе бихме хвърчали в шарена безтегловност без край, в която има всичко.
Синестезия
Вмъквам определението за синестезия в поста, който е основно за дежа Вю, защото смятам, че както сформирането на спомени обикновено е комплексно, така, често и някое дежа Вю може да бъде комплексно. Ще дообясня по-долу.
„Синестезия (от гръцки syn, „заедно“ и aishesis, „усещане“) означава смесено възприятие. Това е състояние, при което възприятията се свързват едни с други. Едно сетивно възприятие или идейна представа предизвиква в съзнанието същевременно друга представа, от сетиво, което не е било стимулирано. Пример за това как един синестет възприема цветове и цифри
Хората със синестезия се наричат синестети. Един синестет би могъл да вижда в съзнанието си музиката в цветове или форми, или представите му за числата и буквите да са оцветени в различни цветове. Цветовите асоциации са най-характерни, въпреки че има доста доказани случаи, в които се прави връзка със звук. Обичайно в съзнанието си синестетът вижда цифри, букви, но също и музика, емоции и хора в определен цвят или си ги представя по определен музикален начин.
Една основна форма на синестезия представлява свързването на цветове и графеми (цифри и букви). Най-разпространена е проявата на това състояние в детството. Въпреки че синестезията се предава генетично, тя не се смята за заболяване, а по-скоро за явление. Синестетите възприемат всичко напълно адекватно и нормално, но от друга страна са надарени с много силна памет.
През 1666 година със своите изследвания, откриването на спектъра на цветовете и с конструкцията на окръжността на цветовете Исак Нютон повлиява на нашето днешно разбиране за въприятието и теорията на цветовете. Той се приема за първия откривател на явлението. По-късно, в средата на XX век, учените и главно психолозите продължават по-задълбоченото изследване на синестезията.“

Така, както споменах по-рано, не е необходимо човек да е синестет, за да сформира комплексен спомен, който включва „данни“ от няколко или всичките му сетива.
Най-достъпното сравнение би било с опитването на чаша вино, но, разбира се, не тотално. По-специално бихте могли да усетите: “ физиологията на вкуса, видът на виното, цвета и визуалните наблюдения за текстурата, „носът“ на виното, вкусът на виното, езикът на виното, по-често срещани аромати, дефекти, граматика на вкуса, здравето, четене на езика тънкости и т.н.“ из:“Българска енциклопедия – Виното“ на Ясен Бориславов. Друг е въпросът, че освен цвета, носа, консистенцията и вкусовете, бихте могли да усетите нотките (като в парфюм), на поне 3-4 нива…и да ви е срам, след като някой върви срещу вас с „професионализма“ си, но всъщност е възможно част от рецепторите му да се губят или да сте твърде „напарфюмирани“ там, където други рецептори би трябвало да работят….както и да е….тематиката (отново) става твърде заплетена, колкото и да е неангажираща, за това смятам, че е по-добре да конкретизирам към дежа-вю-то.
Тук само ще вметна, че обонянието се води най-„древното“ сетиво и не случайно животните „се надушват“.
А по-живописно бих могла да опиша какво би било комплексен спомен (докоснал всички сетива) с пример.
Един студен Софийски следобед с компания отидохме в едно кафе, което няма да рекламирам. Вътре беше топло, уютно, с рошав килим и меки, леко груби на допир дивани от плат. Светлините бяха топли (от любимите ми, флуоресцентните лампи ми напомнят за болница или американска корпорация), музиката за деня беше галещ ушите соул, но не от онзи тъжния, а от модерния грууви-соул. Поръчахме си кой каквото му душа искаше за ядене и за пиене, за да наваксаме с „клюките“. Аз, разбира се, не пропуснах дългото еспресо и даже случих на находка с плътна консистенция, мирис на ранно студентско утро с лукс от дъб, пивкост на коняк и послевкус на добре изпечена, горчива робуста, всичко това с каймака, който се получава от комбинацията на добра машина и опитен бариста. След като си „сверихме часовниците“, следобеда прерастна във вечер, а разговора, в цинични шеги и вицове, от които се смяхме от глава до пети, заболяха ни гърбовете и стомасите, разтърсихме се от всякакъв стрес и, като че ли си направихме групова „терапия“ или групов „power cleanser“. Във въздуха ухаеше уютно, на подправките, които използват за храните и напитките, а останалата клиентела на заведението бяха все нормални симпатични хора. Това, разбира се, към днешна дата с „псевдо-намордници“ и „псевдно-забрадките“, които ни налагат да носим е трудно осъществимо, но е пример за запазването на превъзходен, комплексен спомен, докоснал всички ситева (било то някой синестет и това всичко да е запечатало нещо друго в ума му допълнително или не).
„Дежавю̀ (на френски: déjà-vu; изговор – буквално вече видяно) е преживяване, при което човек се чувства сигурен, че вече е виждал или преживявал някаква нова ситуация (човек усеща, все едно, че дадена случка вече се е състояла или се е случила неотдавна), въпреки че точните обстоятелства около предишната ситуация са неясни. Терминът е въведен от френския психолог Емил Боарак (1851 – 1917).
Хипотези
- Една от хипотезите гласи, че дежавю се дължи на химичен дисбаланс на мозъка. Това е официалната научна теория. По принцип дадена ситуация в настоящето се обработва в определена част от мозъка. Ако настояща случка неволно попадне в частта на мозъка, обработваща спомените, ние изживяваме дежавю. Случващото получава „привкус“ на спомен и ни изглежда, че идеално знаем какво ще се случи.
- Друга хипотеза твърди, че дежавю се дължи на по-бързо обработване на информацията с погледа, отколкото съзнанието. Проявленията на дежавю
- Извън научните схващания дежавю се асоциира с нашите предчувствия, спомени, изживявания от отминали животи и със способността за ясновидство, дълбоко заложена във всеки от нас. Някои го определят като нещо, което са сънували или усетили в състояние на сън. Съществува схващане, че докато спим, астралното ни тяло преживява различни неща, обикаля непознати места, среща лица и изпитва емоции, които ние не осъзнаваме, не приемаме, но така или иначе и не помним на сутринта.
Видове дежавю
- Déjà vécu (произн. „дежа̀ векю̀“) е нещо „вече преживяно“. Обикновено става дума за съвсем обикновена ситуация, в която чувстваме, че можем да предусетим всеки един малък детайл. Познати са ни гледката, действията на участниците в разговора и дори репликите ни звучат така, сякаш предварително знаем, че ще бъдат изречени.
- Déjà senti (произн. „дежа̀ сантѝ“) е състояние, което се превежда като нещо „вече почувствано“ – вътрешно усещане, което определяме като познато, но не обвързваме със ситуацията, в която се намираме в момента.
- Déjà visité (произн. „дежа̀ визитѐ“) съдържа в себе си подозрението за вече посетено място. Сигурно ви се е случвало понякога да се движите из непознат район, но да имате странното усещане, че сте били там и преди, и да сте в състояние да се ориентирате правилно.
- Deja rêvé (произн. „дежа̀ ревѐ“) е нещо „вече сънувано“, а déjà entendu (произн. „дежа̀ антандю̀“) се превежда като нещо „вече чувано“ – когато имаме усещането, че можем да предвидим какво ще каже събеседникът ни в разговор, който водим.
- Много често ни се случва да имаме ясната идея какво искаме да кажем, но да не можем точно да се сетим какво е. В такива ситуации от типа „на върха на езика ми е, но не се сещам“ ние изживяваме presque vu (произн. „преск вю“, букв. „почти видяно“) – още едно от проявленията на дежавю.
Jamais vu
Jamais vu (произн. „жамѐ вю“) е точно противоположното на дежавю. Буквално се превежда като „никога преди виждано/срещано“, „невиждано“ или „несрещано“ и се характеризира с моментното неразпознаване на лица, места, ситуации, които човек в действителност познава, но в определен момент му се струват различни и чужди. Това явление обикновено настъпва внезапно. Например по време на разговор с ваш близък изведнъж той започва да ви се струва различен, или губите ориентация в даден район за момент и т.н.“

А що се отнася до хранителните добавки, изкуствените храни и полуфабрикатите виждате защо не съм им фен. Все пак наистина е 21-ви век и всеки е свободен да прави каквото желае с организма си и т.н., но както и на лекарствата и докторите не съм фен, въпреки че и те са необходими понякога, смятам, че човек на първо място е животно и ако има здрави инстинкти ще има и по-здрави възстановителни процеси, които ние потискаме в модерното ежедневие. А мозъка, от друга страна е удивителна машина – него ако го развива и поддържа човек, той помни всеки занаят, всяка способност, всички моторни и психически способности, всички хубави преживявания и страхове и всички културни прояви, разочарования и малки подробности дори, които сме попили с периферното си зрение или не помним къде сме научили и може да държи всяка част от тази информация на преден или заден план. За това имам и страх от лекари – когато са успявали да те „прецакат“ от главата до петите и знаеш колко време ти е отнело за поправянето на грешките им по естествен път с или без търсенето на добър специалист, започваш трудно да им се доверяваш, още по-трудно, ако първо започнат с препоръки за твърде конкретни марки лекарства, а не от промени (превантивни или при наличие на проблем) в начина на живот.
Вмъквам това в темата за „дежа Вю“-то, защото смятам, че дежа вю-то е своеобразно събаряне на подсъзнателната бариера в будно състояние. Разбира се, събарянето и за всички ни е по-лесно на сън – там мозъка ни може да ни запознае с най-големите ни страхове, желания и скрити дарби и решения на проблеми, но смятам, че преминаването и е възможно чрез различни дейности докато сме будни (когато концентрирано медитираме или творим) или когато мозъка сам реши да ни наблегне на определен момент или картина чрез дежа вю. Все едно“ограничения“ ни мозък за момент чупи измеренията заради нас. Мен ми се е случвало много пъти като рисувам, особено когато съм започнала без конкретна идея. Тогава се чудиш колко още време и старание да посветиш на рисунката и в един момент просто я виждаш и все едно се сещаш:“Да, всъщност това ми беше идеята, не помня кога и дали съм я виждала или сънувала, но не бива да работя повече по нея, защото само ще я разваля“. Тази в началото на статията е един от най-конкретните примери.
В този пост обяснявам следното:
След като Вашият мозък е способен да пази спомените Ви с всичките им сетива, той е способен и да Ви наблегне на конкретна ситуация от настоящето (включвайки всичките Ви сетива);
След като никога не съм планирала, мислила или вярвала, че е възможно след 10 години да се върна към танците и да надградят, значи наистина, мозъците и телата на всички ни помнят много повече, отколкото си представяме и са готови завинаги да го крият от нас или да ни го дадат, ако някога отново си го потърсим и дори е възможно да го надградим;
След като спомените Ви е възможно да са комплексни (като примера от синестезията, дори да сте синестет или не), това ознсчава, че всичките ви (конвенционални или повече) сетива работят, което би означавало, че когато сетивата ви са изострени вие не е задължително да приемате едно Дежа Вю като повреда в мозъка си…
И от тук….все пак , по конкретно по темата….и да…“защо“ го цитирам със синестезията – дежа-вю-то може да не е просто „момент видян преди“, то можете да е момент видян, изпитан, усетен, помирисан и чут…някъде преди или в дълбините на подсъзнанието ви….и може би не вашият мозък е бъгнат, а всеобщото понятие за ограничеността на вашият мозък. Както споменах – подсъзнанието ни е основно, за колкото и цивилизовани да се смятаме. Друг е въпроса кога и къде се намират и кога ни се дадават сигнали.
Възможно е да ви се случи Дежа Вю, което едновременно, освен Дежа Вю да е и Дежа сенти, Дежа визите, Дежа реве смесено с жема Вю. Не се стряскайте. Това е просто реалността пречупена през всичките Ви сетива, които понякога се изострят. Хипотезите са много, но дори в подсъзнанието си ние трупаме образи, които с периферното ни зрение са се натрупали в паметта ни и, ако беше само пречупване на пространствата, времето, подсъзнанието и комплексността за осезаемост на моментите, „Дежа вю“ нямаше да съществува като явление, а него даже го има и като понятие.
С тази статия просто се опитвам да ви напомня – не подценявайте, вие сте цяла вселена, помните всичко и даже можете да предскажете нещо, даже повече от вселените, за които имаме научни доказателства, и, дори и да не сте перфектни, съм сигурна, че някой там е имал Дежа Вю, защо всъщност вие сте по-близо до космическата истинстина, отколкото някой, който ви хока за това, че понякога се отнасяте или си четете хороскопа (в който твърдите, че не вярвате) или се припознавате в някого или понякога витаете в облаците или имате „Дежа вю-та“. Света е малък и спасение дебне навсякъде 😀
Независимо от какъв пол, раса и на каква възраст сте, какъв е коефициентът ви на интелигентност, емоционална интелигентност, колко сте рационални или артистични, след като сте способни да създавате спомени, базирани на 5-те си сетива, даже и на 6-тото чувство, то защо не допуснем, че сте способни да имате също толкова комплексно Дежа Вю, което да не е бъг в мозъка ви, а подсказка от същия. Тоест, опитвам се да предложа теорията, че ако ви се стори, че сте виждали и/или преживявали нещо преди, то просто мозъка ви ви акцентира на момент от настоящето или се опитва да предвиди бъдещето. След като Библията и Корана и други подобни четива могат и се тълкуват на различни нива, защо освен за животни не приемем, че всички сме „космически“ същества и че вселената също има много енергийни нива. Ако не вярвате в чакрите, които обясняват това, повярвайте в честотите на различните енергии – звука е с най-ниските и бавните, светлината е с най-високите и бързи.
И…без значение дали имате или нямате дежа-вю та, дежа-ревета, дежа-сентита и други подобни изживявания, ви пожелавам да не се шашкате и приятен живот на всички енергийни нива!

Интерсна статия – Дежа Вю винаги е съпътствало целия ми живот. Статията е малко разхвърляна и дълга, но дава интересен поглед и мнение върху темата. Промъква се основна нишка на усещане в статията – сякаш успокояваш хората, които са усетили Дежа Вю…, но защо след като това не е притеснително явление, а е нещо естествено макар и необяснимо за някои хора…:) Цитирам теб: „…не е задължително да приемате едно Дежа Вю като повреда в мозъка си…” Аз си мисля, че не само не е повреда, а напротив – гарнция за по-високо качество . Дори си мисля и друго… Дежа Вю е богатство на душата…

Успокоявам читателя, че дежа-вю според мен не е бъг в мозъка, тъй като това е една от широко разпространените хипотези за него.
Относно цвета на „5“ и подобни – оказва се, че някои хора от деца не сме задавали глупави въпроси, на които не всички биха дали отговори, а явлението „синестезия“ не е било обяснимо за нас и околните.
